Terms of use
The rules for using PairXO
Effective 13 October 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses pairxo.com: people who make a page and people who open one. By creating an account or using a page you accept them.
The service
PairXO lets you keep date ideas, a gift list and asks for gift cards or cash on one private page, and share it with the people you choose. They can plan a date, reserve a gift or promise to cover an ask. Creating an account and a page costs nothing.
Your account
- One account is for one person, and each account has one page.
- Keep your password to yourself. What is done through your account counts as done by you.
- You need to be old enough to make this agreement where you live.
What you put on your page
Your page content stays yours. You let PairXO store it and show it to the people you share it with, and nothing more. Do not use the site to:
- post anything illegal, or other people's private details without their consent;
- harass, threaten or deceive the people you share with;
- send spam, malware or automated traffic, or try to reach pages that were not shared with you.
Sharing and guest passwords
You decide who sees your page. Anyone holding a guest password or its link can open your page within that password's sections until you revoke it or give it a new value, so treat it like a key. Revoking a username or a guest password takes effect on the next click.
Plans, reservations and promises
PairXO does not take payments, book places or deliver gifts. A reserved gift or a promise to cover an ask is a note between the people involved; buying, booking and paying happen outside the site, and PairXO is not a party to them. Estimated costs and budgets are the owner's own figures and are never shown to anyone else.
What we may do
- Block an account, or remove content, that breaks these terms.
- Change, add or remove features. If a change affects what you can do with your page, this page says so.
- Take the site down for maintenance, sometimes without notice.
Limits
PairXO is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, PairXO is not liable for indirect losses, or for what people do with what they saw on a page shared with them.
Ending
You can stop using PairXO at any time and ask for your account to be deleted through the contact form. What happens to your data is described in the privacy notice.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes. Questions about them go through the contact form.
